At Forever Ring, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and outstanding customer service. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty ensures that your moissanite or lab diamond engagement ring is received in perfect condition and remains a treasured piece for years to come.

 Warranty Registration Process

To take advantage of the warranty, register the warranty within 30 days of receiving your item by clicking here. Please register the warranty on time to take advantage of the benefits. Please note that the warranty applies to the purchaser and is non-transferable. 

• Free evaluation: If you suspect a manufacturing issue, we’ll evaluate your jewelry at no charge.
• Free resizing: Enjoy one complimentary resizing within 60 days to ensure a perfect fit. Please book a drop-off appointment online and bring the wearer for sizing. 
• Free rhodium re-dipping: White gold rings can be re-dipped free of charge within the first year.
• Free professional cleaning: Keep your ring sparkling with one professional cleaning in the first year.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by another jeweler, unless prior approval has been given
• Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
• Loss or theft of the item

 How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please email us with:

1. The purchaser's full name.
2. The Warranty ID number from your warranty card.
3. A copy of the sales receipt.

• In Toronto: Book a drop-off appointment after contacting us.
• Outside Toronto: Contact us for the return address, ship your item via FedEx (with a return label), and share the tracking number with us.

 Added Protection

We recommend insuring your jewelry under your homeowner's or contents insurance. This added coverage can protect your piece in cases of loss, theft, etc.
