Forever Ring is looking for a talented CAD Jewelry Designer / 3D Modeler to join our dynamic team. At Forever Ring, we craft engagement rings and fine jewelry that bring our clients’ visions to life. Every piece is a passionate project, designed with precision and creativity. This role is ideal for a professional seeking freelance work with the opportunity to grow. We welcome candidates from across Toronto and beyond. If the candidate is local to Toronto, an initial in-person meeting at our office is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality manufacturing files and photo realistic CAD renders and finished 3D models based on inspiration images and written instructions.
• Ensure designs meet aesthetic, structural, and production requirements.
• Collaborate closely with our team to manage timelines and provide updates.
• Maintain attention to detail and a strong commitment to deadlines.
  
• Maintain confidentiality in all work matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in jewelry design and 3D modeling.
• Proficiency in MatrixGold and Rhino is a must.
• A portfolio of rings and other jewelry including video.
• Strong understanding of fine jewelry craftsmanship and production processes.
• Ability to translate concepts into detailed, production-ready 3D models.

Compensation:

• flat-rate per project (proposals are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis).
